Q:What are your rates?
A:Our rates vary we wouldn't like to overcharge you just for the size of your home so we prefer to do free estimates before hand our packages start from $50 and up.
Q:Do I need to supply anything for my cleaning?
A: All cleaning supply will be provided unless you would prefer us to use a certain product of yours.
Q:What product brands are to be used in our home?
A:We use different brands of products to meet every need. Some of our products include:
Lysol
Spartan
Mr. Clean
Pledge
SprayAway
Q:Do I need to pay anything prior to cleaning?
A:Yes, payment is due the day of your cleaning before the cleaning has begun. Remember we do accept check or cash.
(If dealing with a corporate office for the business we will send out an invoice if required.)
Q:Do you have a City license?
A:Yes, our company is licensed for the state of Wichita for Janitorial Services.
Q:Do I need to be home for my cleaning?
A:You may be home for the cleaning or leave your house key in a desinated area but please let us know in advance to not delay your cleaning.
Q:Who all will come into my house to clean?
A:It will always be myself and some time my business partner which you will meet at your estimate.
Q:What do I do if I have to reschedule my clean?
A:We will be more than happy to reschedule you for our next available time.
Q:What if something was missed?
A: You can contact us and let us know about the problem and we will go as soon as possible to clean. Please do not hesitate to let us know about any mistake that we may have had.
Q:Do you have references I may contact before my cleaning?
A:Yes we have current customers that you may contact for a reference.
Q:Do you have Insurance?
A:Yes,we carry commercial liabilty insurance.
